Please note that personalized items with verified family history data are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Verification and Approval
Our heraldry experts will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original protective packaging to ensure the crest or framed artwork is not damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned heirloom, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your corrected replacement within 5-7 business days.
